Welcome to Northwest Supported Living, Inc.
Serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Clark and Thurston counties, Washington.
Our mission
Northwest Supported Living is committed to individuals of all abilities. We promote autonomy, equality, and support in all aspects of life.
What is supported living?
Supported Living services are designed and provided to help individuals with Intellectual/Developmental disabilities live in their own homes as independently as possible. Individuals may live alone or with one to three others. Individuals pay their own rent, food, and other personal expenses. Each individual may receive from a few support hours per month up to 24 hours per day. These services are based on individual need determined by an assessment by the Developmental Disabilities Administration.
For our clients to live as independently as possible, they receive support from our staff to participate in things like community activities, self-advocacy, building relationships, handling personal finances, shopping, menu planning and cooking, medication management, medical appointments, personal hygiene, and daily living activities.

Company Background
Stacie Torres and Vickie Haase have both been working in the Health Care Field since right out of High School. This gives them a combined total of over 65 years in the field! They started working together about 25 years ago, becoming friends and great co-workers, complimenting each other in skills and interests.
They were thrilled to have the opportunity to start their own Supported Living Agency, Northwest Supported Living, Inc. in April of 2020. They were able to bring along a group of very skilled employees to join them on this new adventure.

“Having started Northwest Supported Living, Inc. and meeting the responsibilities of the agency these last two years, we are impressed with the undertaking NWSL has taken. The onset of the pandemic and dealing with the confines of the Covid restrictions, NWSL has stepped up to the plate and made every effort to meet these challenges. As parent/guardians we feel assured that our decision for placement with NWSL was a good choice.”
